I havent played the game, but I know well recorded music when I hear it. Hats off to you. Highlight for me was that interlude at about 2 minutes in. You do a great job making the track so dynamic

silkscarf responds:

thank you! That was one of my favourite parts to record

Sounds like it would be right at home in the castle level of a retro Nintendo game. Really creative!

BeepBoxClock responds:

Then I hope you like the third version:

Really like this. It really does seem to embody that 90's pop feeling. My only complaint would be that I find the transition at 39 seconds in a touch abrupt, but that's all preference. This sounds great!

BusanBlack responds:

Thanks bro.
I had this tune and was like "hey this totally reminds me of the 90s."

I feel ya. The change is very sudden and has a bit of a longer than usual pause. It was just my own touch but I understand if others don't groove to it.

Slappin as always 👌

ConnorDeVaux responds:

I've been wondering when you'd post something new! Very awesome stuff as always, worth the wait!

DigitalProdigy responds:

hey thank you so much, I've been very busy with music, I also have to catch up on all of your awesome songs, I will be listening to them today, I am also excited to see what you guy's have done!!!

I like how rumbly the bass is, but I find the snare a tad harsh. All in all I really love whats going on here with the keys, fuzzy bass. Really nice vibe. For me it really shines in that progression happening at about 1:42. Really nice, dramatic note choices. Well done!

GorudenZero responds:

Thanks for your honest review! For the bass I used a E-Guitar Lead in a lower octave (to ressemble more like a Bass) and a Slap Bass with offset. For the background, some piano tones. I gotta admit I was impressed with the final result, and I wanna learn more about making music in the future. I want to make an entire album dedicated to all of my Sonic OC's. ^^

Not bad at all! The voice is a little jenky but I like everything I hear. Could stand to make it a little more dynamic musically in a few sections, like at 2:25 the guitar behind the woah's. I'd think about palm muting in between the open chords instead of taking rests. Might help out the dynamics a bit! Either way nice stuff

TrandafirTeodora responds:

Thank you very much!
I used a VST for the guitar. Next time I'll try palm muting the notes in-between the open chords.
I'm glad you like it!
